All deliveries over $100 are free.

Orders under $50 will have a $13 delivery fee.

$50-$100 will have a $10 delivery fee.

Any exceptions for 30030?

Yes, deliveries to 30030 are free due to close proximity of our distribution center. 

What is your exchange and return policy? 

Refunds for Flowers and Plants:

  • Bloomly does not offer refunds for flowers or plants.

Exchanges for Flowers and Plants:

  • If your plant suddenly dies but you’ve given it proper care, then we offer a free exchange within 14 days of purchase.
  • Contact flowers@gobloomly.com to begin the exchange process. Please include a picture of your plant with your email.

Return and Exchange Policy for Gardening Extras:

  • Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final for products listed under “Garden Extras.”

Return and Exchange Policy for Wooden Garden Boxes:

  • If you experience a defect associated with the structure of your garden box, you may request an exchange or repair. 
  • Contact flowers@gobloomly.com to begin the process. Please include a picture of your box and explain the defect. We will process access each on and case by case a basis.
